We had twins join us in 2021. They were always on the go and very rarely interacted with each other. They had limited communication skills and also wouldn't focus on activities.
A year later they both have a cheeky relationship with each other where they make eye contact and play, sometimes even argue. They are using PECs boards to communicate when they want food or toys and one of them has showed us how much he knows! From cars to food to animals and more. They both now complete focused tasks and parents and friends of the family have notices big difference.
